BNA Capital operators Jeff Aldredge and Todd Nunis previously worked under a net branch agreement with Amstar.  The Amstar closing opened the door for Aldredge and Nunis to apply for Texas licensing under the name BNA Mortgage, setting the table for their entry into the HTE national network of lending partners.

Meet Todd Nunis
Timing is everything when purchasing a home, including closing your loan on time! With seventeen years of business experience I pride myself in honest, professional and timely service. I truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and provide you the mortgage loan that is right for you. On a personal note, I received a BBA from the University of Texas. After working in different regions throughout the country, my wife Teri and I have put our roots down in Texas, where we enjoy raising and mentoring our Texas-size family of four.

 

 


Meet Jeff Aldredge
Jeff believes all families need a home, because there are three necessities in life: love, food and shelter. He chose the mortgage industry 4 years ago because he felt the need to provide honest and ethical solutions for families. Jeff and his wife have been married since 1997 and have two beautiful daughters. He received his Bachelors degree in Philosophy from the University of Texas at Arlington after traveling and studying abroad for several years. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, and tennis.

Under the direction of owner and operator Mark Wilson, A&O Mortgage Services, Inc. was established in Lakeland in 1998 with a recent expansion into Tampa. Meet Mark Wilson – President A&O Mortgage
Mark joins our HomeTeam as President of A & O Mortgage and President of HTE’s   Commercial Lending Division.  Mark brings vast experience in the finance world dating        
back to 1983 when Mr. Wilson earned his Series 6 Securities license dealing in Mutual Funds and Municipal Bonds.  Marks’s mortgage career began in 1993 with D & D Mortgage Services in Winter Haven, Florida where he originated, processed and handled all underwriting.  In early 1997, he then moved to Delta Financial Group as a Senior Vice President opening their Lakeland office, responsible for all aspects of this branch to include hiring and training of all personnel including loan officers.  As well, he continued to originate and handled field underwriting. 

In late 1998 Mark successfully opened A & O Mortgage providing quality residential mortgage services to clients in the Lakeland / Polk County area while expanding his horizons providing commercial lending services to end users across the country.  Mark’s leadership skills were evident going all the way back to his successful playing days as a scholarship athlete at The University of Georgia earning a degree in Business Education.  As a wide receiver for Georgia’s “Junk Yard Dogs”, Wilson’s ability to adjust to errant throws from HTE’s President Matt Robinson honed skills that are still with him today. 

Mark and his wife, Gail, have been married 27 years. They have two daughters, Elise and Kayla. Their son, Paul, has followed in Mark’s footsteps as he is on a football scholarship as a wide receiver at the University of Florida.

Meet Tim Bussell
Tim is an experienced residential mortgage specialist. He starts by helping each client to understand their personal financial situation, then to understand the ensuing financial options, and then to settle on the funding product that best fits the total plan.  Success has followed Tim, from his beginnings as a young soccer player reaching semi-professional status as a player and a coach to his key present day positions with A & O Mortgage Services and HTE Commercial Capital.  In all of Tim’s endeavors, he has helped people reach higher.

Meet Ron Pickrell
Ron has never met a stranger which is why many of his friends call him “Mayor Ron”. He has succeeded in every one of his business ventures, having owned an Income Tax business for over 15 years and a Sporting Goods Store.  He has served in various Ministries and wants his Financial Expertise to be a blessing to all he comes in contact with. Having coached high school football in Florida, Ron understands the value of planning to create winning strategies. Ron and his wife of eighteen year, Tauni, have 3 beautiful children.

Meet John Sarris
John joins HomeTeam Equity with a decade of mortgage industry experience. As Regional Vice President of HomeTeam Equity Internet Resources Division, and Head of Operation in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Sarris has closed more than 21,000 loans during his career with $2.5 billion in residential loan volume. During his ten year tenure in the mortgage industry, John has ranked as one of the top originators and branch managers in the country for mortgage giant ACC Holding, he then moved on to become the #1 Branch Manager for mortgage banker Stockton Turner, and is the co-founder of the top ranked Florida based online mortgage lender STS Lending Corporation. He has personally trained and led some of the highest grossing mortgage sales forces in the country.

Meet Kelly Sarris
Kelly is a seasoned real estate and technology professional, with more than a dozen years of varied experience in multiple segments of the mortgage world. Kelly’s expertise ranges from title work and marketing to actual residential mortgage lending. She is responsible for marketing and product strategies at the Tampa Branch of HomeTeam Equity. Kelly and her team deliver product solutions that meet our consumer and partner needs and bring those to market. Kelly has successfully led business and operations teams in e-commerce, online media and business-to-consumer services. She has developed products and solutions for mid-sized and large enterprise corporations and has a passion for finding opportunities in new and emerging markets. Previously, Kelly was Vice President of Sales at Elite Closers and was the primary force responsible for the growth and development of the company. Kelly has an extensive background in the marketing and development for small to medium sized companies and has a thorough knowledge of the entire settlement process.

Meet Jeromy Peters
Jeromy Peters joins HomeTeam Equity carrying nine years of mortgage operating and sales experience. Jeromy Peters has learned a great deal along the way. “The primary aspect that I feel is most important to our clients is communication; keeping all parties informed throughout the loan process, said Jeromy. I will always keep everyone in the loop from the beginning of the loan process to the end.” Jeromy has developed a reputation of treating customers the way he would expect to be treated. His staff as a whole has better than 40 years in the city of Jacksonville, which proudly gives them the right to call Jacksonville home.

Jeromy has been married for five years and has two beautiful children. True to the HTE Champions concept, Jeromy is a sportsman at heart, playing any sport that he can find time to play. “Anytime I can get a good work out in and enjoy it at the same time is about as good as it gets.”

 

Meet Steve Carter
Steven Carter joins HTE boasting a mortgage background dating back to 1987. Steve was born in Ft. Lauderdale but quickly moved to Jacksonville where he has lived, worked and played since 1971. Needless to say his Jacksonville roots are solid.

After graduating from The University of North Florida, Steve entered the financial world with First Union Bank of Jacksonville, where he quickly moved up the ranks into a management position. Steve’s passion for people eventually moved him to specialize in residential mortgages. “The mortgage brokerage business is where I can help people look at their short term and long term real estate goals while giving them options that the banking industry could not”, said Steve. Mr. Carter has successfully built and managed some of the largest mortgage firms in the southeast, and has originated millions of dollars of mortgages though his employment with Jacksonville’s Cornerstone Mortgage from 1991 to 1998, and with Main Line Mortgage, located in Ponte Vedra Beach, from 1998 to 2005. Since 2005 to the present, Steve has been employed with Windsor Mortgage as their Florida Branch Manager for FHA / HUD lending.

Steven has built his business around two basic principles, honesty and integrity. “Honesty may have cost me some business in the past, but I live where my clients live, where I take my family out in the community. Life is too short to have to go and hide. I enjoy seeing my clients, present or past knowing that I have helped each to satisfy their dream of owning a home.”

Steve has been married for more than 18 years and has two daughters ages sixteen and eleven.
