Douglas S. England brings over 20 years of combined experience in commercial banking and private business to his position of Operations Manager. Immediately before joining HomeTeam Equity, LLC via Paragon Homefunding, Inc., he worked in the same capacity for Allstate Food Marketing, Inc. as the company grew from fifteen employees to over one hundred during his tenure. Doug earned his business degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from the University of Memphis.
